Caike you say?
Yes. Like Cake with AI baked in.
Caike is Aotearoa New Zealand's IRL AI learning and creation community — After-school tables for young wāhine still finding their path, After-work tables for those already building theirs.
For wāhine who are smart, savvy, and ready to unleash their creativity and build their future with AI — but don't yet know where to start. Or have tried on their own and gotten a bit lost in the language.
But here’s the sweet bit. We bake in the deliciousness and socialness of a supper, book or run club. Think matcha and cake over clever convos and creative workshops with AI leaders, creators, change makers and brand experts.
Why & who the Caike for?
-
The future is changing fast. Tech got cheap, creativity got boundless — and the future needs more variety at the table: tasting, testing, remixing, and rewriting the recipe.
AI is reshaping how — and what — we create, work, earn and express ourselves. Young wāhine (women) & those early in their working years, are still underrepresented in the tools shaping that future.
When we learn together, we:
• unlock creativity in new ways
• bounce ideas off each other
• automate our work and businesses
• make side hustles sustainable
• build new income streams
• shape workplaces that work for us
• create AI agents that actually help
• close confidence gaps
• rise togetherThe world is baking a new era. Caike makes sure you have a seat — and a spoon.
-
AI is fresh out of the oven. The recipe is still being written — and anyone can learn it, especially together.
Those who learn AI now will shape:
•creativity — ideas that used to take a team, now take an evening
• new businesses — the ones only you could build
• new ways of working — on your own terms
• new communities — built around what we actually want to makeWe want more of that unlocking done by women and wāhine — especially the ones about to leave school, heading to uni or in their working years, still deciding what they want to build.
You don't need experience. You need curiosity, community, and a seat at the table while the recipe's still being written.
-
In a world full of screens, human connection is a necessity. That why connection clubs are having their moment.
IRL Caike learning gatherings allow Caikers to:
• Ask questions without judgment
• Feel curiosity and creativity spark in real time
• Form meaningful friendships around shared growth
• Come together to enjoy some “grown up but childlike” learning time
Social media has flattened conversation. Caike brings people back into the room, where energy, laughter, and collaboration happen face-to-face.
-
You don't need a computer science degree, a tech job, or even a finished qualification to be fluent in AI. Come as you are — still at school, just left, in your first job, or years into your career. The table doesn't care which path got you here.
You’ll love Caike if you want to:
• Create with AI - together with pals
• Educate & learn how to do the ablve
• How to create a side hustle, or main hustle
• Position, brand & market what you create
• Future-proof yourself
• Learn IRL, not online
• Meet thoughtful humans
• Help create better futures
• Rewrite some recipes along the way
Learn AI like a recipe — step by step, layer by layer. Then create your own method.
Step 1. “Caike Club”
Supper club learning events
Gather → Learn →
Learn AI over a series of 4x weeks.
Demystify AI. What it is, what it isn’t, and why it matters for how we live and work.
The ethics of AI, and the opportunities. Building with intent, society and our planet in mind.
Everyday automations, prompts, workflows, and simple agents that save real time.
Creative play: prompting, prototyping, Vibe Code, AI agents & automations.
An intimate private table of Caikers. Together with a host and AI leader / builder. Catered with delicious cakes each event.
After School Tables & After Work Tables will be serving Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland very soon.
Step 2. “Make with Caike” Supper club creator events
Create & bake → Share →
Make, create & launch with AI. For real, IRL.
Over a series of 8x weeks.
Learn-by-doing alongside engineers, mentors & brand partners.
Build something meaningful — a workflow, an automation, a business tool, a creative spark.
Come with an idea or insight, or share one.
Build and experiment on it together. All ideas go on the table to build together.
Commercialised Projects: Shared revenue from cohort-built ideas. Shared success model for commercialised ideas
If something built at the table turns into something real — a product, a service, a brand, a launch — everyone who helped bake it shares in the sweetness. Lightly, fairly, and ethically. Full details on how that works are in the Pantry.
A table of next-level Caikers ready to build and create more. Together with a host and AI leader / builder. Catered with delicious cakes each event.
Our makers tables will be set from Q2 2026 in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland. Some knowledge of AI required, or ideally, come through the Caike Club Step 1 learning club events.
Step 3. “The Pantry”
Beyond the supper club
Rise → Share again →
Continue to learn, share & rise with the Caiker Community. Go at your own pace.
Templates, “recipes,” resources, agent starter kits, replays, updates, and Q&As. All your ingredients and tools are forever in the kitchen pantry for you to grab.
Ongoing support & build for any ideas built at the table.
Ongoing affiliate & partnership offerings.
Design, branding, marketing, operations consulting.
Mentorship & coaching.
Community chats & networking.
Ongoing community support, networking, affiliate partnerships, events and mentorship.
The pantry will be available from Q2 2026 onwards. Available online and IRL. Steps 1 & 2 give discounted access into The Pantry for ongoing mentorship, learning and support. Or feel free to dive into The Pantry on your own if your interest is piqued.
Who’s in the Caike Club?
-
Led by Kimberley Torrie — community builder, creative coach and creative director. 14+ years in branding, design and storytelling, currently running social yoga club Stretchy and creating what she can with AI. Kimberley loves building brands & communities from the ground up. And helping people unleash their own potential through creativity & confidence.
Once terrified that AI would steal her job, she’s now beyond excited at the creative opportunities, businesses, products & services which we can create and design for ourselves in the age of the AI Gold Rush. Quite possibly for the first time ever, if we can imagine it, we probably can make it. Creating something which humans want to gobble up for the greater good.
She plans to help bake AI into the worlds of more humans, and in turn create more business, economic, social and environmental good for their own lives. Success for Kimberley with Caike Club in 2026 would be to enable 12 young women to create something entirely new, particularly in the realms of health, wellness, sustainability, small business, financial literacy & education. That would truly be the icing on the cake. -
Caike Club learning events and ongoing making cohorts will be led by leading AI creators, entrepreneurs, YouTubers, engineers, business owners, educators and coaches. Those with skin in the game & real world experience.
If you’re keen to get involved and add your magic ingredients, email Kimberley. -
We need the leaders in the the AI, education, culture and branding space to help us on our mission to bake more leaders and rise together.
Brands, SAAS platforms, creators & actual cake bakers get in touch with Kimberley.

Baked with intent.
We’re mindful of the energy it takes to learn, make, and bake new ideas. Caike will rise with intention — considering the social and ethical impact of AI in everything we learn, build, and review. We’re also doing our due diligence to decide where our donations, support, and community contributions can do the most good.
